In order to clarify the scope of our activities and ease integration of new members, the SNPRM has integrated various tools to help make the profession better known.
Framework agreement : Charter of good practices
Our constant aim is to ease the relations between various actors of mobility, the CSD (movers), SNPRM and CDAF (Purchasing Dept) have signed a framework agreement aiming at respecting a code of fair practices when interactions occur between experts of relocation, moving and procurement.
Trade Specific Reference

- Present and explain the details of specific services offered by Mobility companies.
- Present a budgetary frame, based on time spent, on each item.
- Put in perspective stakes attached to the choice of a relocation company.
Code of Ethics

It sets a strict professional frame when dealing with customers, includes the RSE, (Societal Responsibility of Enterprises), GDPR with confidentialityand transparence, the obligation of on-going training for the members and their employees, respect of fair trade practices, with no financial link with any real estate company.
